Day 1 - Transfer to Rwenzori Base & Trek to Nyabitaba Hut
Pick up from Kasese/ Kampala/ Entebbe
Drive to Rwenzori Mountains National Park – Nyakalengija gate
Meet guides, get equipment & briefing
Start hike through montane forest
Cross Mubuku River and climb to Nyabitaba Hut (2650m)
Activities: Scenic hike, bird watching, nature photography

Overnight: Nyabitaba H
Day 2 - Nyabitaba to John Matte Hut
- Morning ascent through bamboo forests & moss-covered trails
- Pass through Kurt Shafer Bridge
- Arrival at John Matte Hut (3410m) overlooking Mount Stanley
Activities: Beautiful forest hike, giant heather zones, wildlife spotting

Day 3 - Descend Back & Return Transfer
- Early descent back to Nyakalengija
